HP Envy PC randomly freezes

I have been dealing with this issue for about a week now. I don’t know what’s causing it to do so but it will just suddenly lock up requiring me to force power off and then reboot.

Tell me what you need to know and I will attempt to get it to you. I have a picture of it on my phone but can’t figure out how to post it with this post.

I can’t post the specs at this time because it won’t boot at all now. I unplugged the power and am letting it sit for a bit hoping it will allow me to boot when I get back down to it.

Well, i suppose it is a non-issue now. Was 90-something percent complete with a memory diagnostic when the dang thing decided to catch on fire.
