Question HP Envy x360 13-ay00001nd fan problem when not in tabled mode

Hello everyone,

I'm worried about my laptop. I have, as already mentioned, the HP Envy x360 13-ay00001nd. Because my laptop is really silent (no fan sound) I was worried that the fans were broken so I sent them back to HP and they replaced both fans. Now I have the same problem, when it's not in tabled mode (keyboard flipped to back of the screen) the fan doesn't work. I tried a CPU stress test and the laptop went up to 90 °C, that's when I stopped the stress test, yet the fans didn't start blowing. But when I put it in tabled mode by folding the laptop, the fans start working. As well as in the BIOS.
Anyone know what the problem could be?

In addition, the temperature of the laptop is 40 °C when using it. Kind of weird when the fan isn't blowing.
