HP G6 2021TU very slow and laggy

Hey there, My HP has been playing up. I formatted it to factory settings then the second I restarted it, it wouldn't load anything using "explorer" so I have to open taskmanager then end "explorer" then open it again. The laptop runs very hot and I game on it. I have had the heat sink replaced twice due to it burning out.

Can some one please help me!

did you update your drivers after formatting ,do u use a cooler while playing ?

I use a cooling pad, and yes I check for drivers.

strange indeed i am not a expert ,but i am sure someone who is expert will help u ,all i can say is check your configuration see whether you are using your gpu ,find the status of you gpu ,ahhh i see you have a shared gpu ,check your allocation of ram given for gpu but still this shouldnt cause your explorer problem
