HP health check .Jse help

so can someone please tell me why these .Jse run at odd times ? , they used to just run when i went AFK for 20 mins but now seem to be happening randomly



i always block/blacklist files in Comodo if i have no idea what they are doing , so why do i need these ? better yet i could just delete the health check folder but i cant because even if i give my self ownership of the folder i still cant delete it

i mean the file names pretty much gives it away for a couple but why does "Detectlowdisk" appear when i have plenty of storage left , or the other .Jse files at any random time

The big computer brand names just love putting unnecessary startup utilities in your Startup items list.

except these are no installed programs , health check is not installed either , these are just appearing randomly

They won't necessarily be listed in All Programs or in Control Panel > Programs & Features if they are just factory-installed utilities.

Have you checked the actual paths listed in your screenshot to see if those paths exist?

yes and they do match , its a JScript encoded script file , done a wiki search on it , however i dont get why these appear when tried attempting to delete them and or appear randomly either when im gaming or just idle

oh and they also attempt to connect to the internet hence why i blocked the files LONG ago
