Some laptops have this feature that in addition to having a mouse button on the track pad the track pad itself is a button that you can hit to click something. I want to disable that on my HP probook 6460 laptop. It runs Windows 7 Professional.

Thanks

There should be a Synaptics icon in the taskbar or the bottom right of the screen. Go there and from there you should be able to disable clicking on the track-pad hopefully. It should work although I never used HP, always used Dell.
