HP monitor volumn control

(I am not sure of the catagory-computer picked it- or the sub-category.) Question: There is a 'minus' button under the speaker icon on the lower right (front) my HPw1907 monator that reduces the volumn. How do I raise the volumn controlled by the monitor? NTB
