Question Unknown Device Driver

How can I identify a Driver for an unknown device listed in the device manager? (Windows 11)

Its listed under "Other Devices" as "Base system device".

This happened after a clean install of win11. I had the preinstalled system win 11 from lenovo before and there was no problemo.

If this is a laptop/prebuilt, you should use the serial for the laptop/prebuilt on Lenovo's support site and manually install drivers listed on their site after downloading them. Did you install anything hardware wise that didn't come with the laptop/prebuilt from the factory? If yes, then what did you modify?

In device manger, just click the change view type from the toolbar at the top, under one of the options you should be able to see what kind of device it is that shows unknown.

You could post a picture so we can see what your talking about.
