HP mouse suite

all im trying to do is to install the HP mouse suite for my specific mouse its a
HP 5-button optical comfort. mouse product is BR376AA. WINDOWS 7 Ultimate (32)bit
but the problem is that its does this while installing there's the link to a image. please help?

How many accounts are on the computer? Are you using the Administrative account to install? Is UAC turned on? I've always found that setting to be annoying and it's like the first thing I always disable when new installs

Try rightclicking the installer and run as administrator.

this is the only account on this machine and i have full access to everything uac has never been enabled have tried running as admin and taking ownership of the files nothing works so far

Are you sure you have the correct program? Why not go to the HP website and download another or updated version of the software and try again. The only thing I can think of is.. you have a bad copy or it's corrupted.....

by now i have tried every single copy of that suite for this mouse on the internet so yeah.... they all do the same thing

Do you have any security program installed? If so, turn it off then try to install.

Well... if all else fails... You could see if it has anything to do with your profile. Just go to User Accounts and create a new Administrative Account... then log onto that and install the software.
