What is the fastest 479 cpu I can install in my HP NW9440 Laptop?

It looks like the fastest you could go with that chipset would be the T7600 Core 2 Duo mobile. Although from what I'm reading, your CPU is soldered to the motherboard(hence the BGA in your BGA479 socket). As a rule of thumb, if BGA is in the name of your socket type, it is soldered to the motherboard and can't be replaced.
