Question HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Printing Problem

Why is HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printing disabled with error message reading: The Printhead appears to be missing, etc.", even though a test print is perfect?

error message is appearing where? if at the printer´s display
clean the print head contacts from the print head and the printer with alcohol or contact spray
eventually faulty head
