Question HP Omen 875-0024 "Passive" PSU

I just got an HP Omen 875 and it appears to have a "passive" PSU. Evidently the fan only runs when temps reach a certain threshold. Only problem is, when the PC is not under load the fan starts and stops pretty frequently making a clicking noise everytime it does which is super annoying. Anyway to just get this PSU fan to run constantly?

I have a 600w Thermaltake TR2 just chilling in the closet which is probably 10x better than this stock 500w HP one anyway... Just really don't want to void the HP warranty.

The TR2 is a piece of junk don't use it.
