HP Pavillion laptop using intel graphics instead of AMD Radeon 7400m graphics

I have been having this problem for the longest of time, and still have no idea how to fix it. Basically, its what the title says, my laptop is using the Intel Graphics 3000 graphics instead of my AMD Radeon 7400m card. Any help would be nice. I am also using Windows 10, if that helps.

so you have gone into the settings and changed the default gpu to the 7400m and physx to 7400m as well?
