Question hp photosmart c4780

hi,my mums old printer seems to print text a bit blurry,i have spent countless hours trying to sort myself.
cleaned nozzle,ink level ok
is there anywhere i can get installers for this?
online seems to point me to something on hp site that confuses me.

software eprint? like wot the heck is that
can i not just uninstall the printer and reinstall?
