Hi everyone,
I finally solved my three minutes boot problem with the SB Live! X-Gamer 5.1 and Win98SE posted into the Sound Card and Win98 sections about a week ago....
I installed Win2K.....eheheh!!!
Now here is the new problem: I own an HP PhotoSmart P1100 and the win2k drivers are not in the original drivers cd that came in the box, so I went online but I cannot get the newly downloaded drivers installed... now, I've followed all the stupid HP steps to install the printer, I changed my parallel port bios settings to plain ECP like the drivers setup error message reccomends, I am using a Belkin Gold parallel cable high conductivity TRI-directional (just exaggerating ;0)with all the possible features that a cable could ever have etc etc etc but nothing...
I believe that HP rules in the printer field, their printers are in my opinion the best ever, but their driver support really sux...
any help would be appreciated...
