HP printer off line

Hello,
my HP 1350 printee is offline & nothing I try gets it back on line. It has been printing erratically for several days but now says offline

Have you tried unplugging it from power point, wait a minute, then plug it back in?

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing?

Tried a new USB cable?
