are you using a button on the printer to print test pages, or printing one from your computer? if your using a button on the printer to print the test pages it's probably a connectivity issue between your printer and your computer.

make sure the printer is added on your computer too.

Yes, I'm having the same problem - I printed a test page from the PC. I can't print from Word or Outlook. There's no error. There's just nothing.
