Hello there
So we just bought a new HP prodesk for work to replace another pc. i took the SSD with the os out of the old rig and put it in the new prodesk, set boot priority to the SSD and tried booting it up. It booted to windows setup, which it of course shouldn't have. I even removed the M.2 that came with the prodesk (60% of the pcb are empty... what a disappointment) and it still booted to the setup. the ssd is not faulty and works perfectly fine, all the data is still on it (checked with an icy box sata reader/duplicator)
can anyone help me with this issue? thanks in advantage!
