Question Hp proliant dL360 g7 no post no video long beeps

I just got a motherboard for my hp proliant dL 360 g7 server and I assembled everything I needed to everything is presumably working though the ram module I put in is questionable but when I power it up it after a few minutes makes a long shrill beep over and over again. I tried testing it with one cpu and one stick of ram (I only have one stick now and another on the way Monday) I removed the pcie cards and checked for bent pins with no avail. Idk but is my ram bad? It IS the only questionable component as every other component is tested and I just got the motherboard manufacturer refurbished.

Since this is a "new" motherboard, is is possible you have CPU(s) that are not supported by the BIOS on this particular motherboard?

E5620? Doubtfully do you think my ram module is bad? I have another on the way I can try
