Question HP Proliant M10 Gen9 Initial Setup

I bought this server almost 2 years back and did not get chance to setup. When I started this christmas i connected to monitor and start the boot process to enter bios so i can boot to USB and install FreeNAS. There is no display coming on. Any ideas on how to setup HP proliant M10 Gen 9. This server comes with no HDD or OS. So i want to install HD for OS of FreeNAS and then other HDD for storage. But there is no display so don't know whats going on. Server comes wit display port so i connected cable which is display to HDMI and also tried adapter Display to VGA but i don't see anything in the screen to enter the BIOS utility. Any help will be great.

HPE ProLiant ML10 Gen9 Tower Server - Intel i3-6100 Dual-Core 3.7GHz Processor, 4GB DDR4 Memory, DVD-RW, No OS, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 - 866965-S01
Bought it on TigerDirect on Sept 2017

OK. I got the MSI Gaming GeForce GT 710 2GB GDRR3 64-bit HDCP Support DirectX 12 OpenGL 4.5 Heat Sink Low Profile Graphics Card (GT 710 2GD3H LP)
Installed the card and turned on the server. Still there is no display? Any one please help. Am i missing something.? OR what should i do to get display so i can change the boot sequence and then install HDDs and FreeNas on Primary and configure others for Storage.
