Question hp psc1400 printer connected to wins 10 problem

Replaced both cartridges in printer and now every time PC switched on - it is printing a test page? Have done the realignment proceedure and scan etc but still printing test page every new fresh boot - anybody elso had this with their printer?

Have you tried uninstalling the printer software completely & retrying from scratch?

thanks Mrgr74 for reply. Yes that is what i had tried and failed with. A friend asked if i had removed the page after the scan? (I hadn't) so tried it again and now my PC has just switched on cold and it has not printed another test page. Yay - uninstalling printer/software was going to be my next move, but i do not have to do that now. Thanks again WKKP
