hp scanjet 4200c driver for windows 7 64bit

is there anyone who knows about the availability of such a driver? it seems stupid to me not to be able to continue to use a device that is working very fine with previous win OS: so i'll really appreciate your help. thanks a lot in advance!

you need to go to hp's sight and look for the drivers page for your scanner/printer and download the newest driver available. if it its a xp driver it may still work by running the driver install in compatibility mode . if its a vista driver you shouldnt have to do anything .

Good luck. I tried to find drivers for my old 4400c with Vista at the time, and found nothing. ended up buying a multifunction printer/scanner. If you go that road, avoid Epson.. the printer will not scan or even print in black if the if detect a cartrige with low color ink. Got to buy new ink to continue your work.. Ended up with a Brother wifi for 44$ that do my jobs very well
