I bought this refurbed system from Woot some weeks back. It has 8 GB of RAM. I'd like to know if I can increase that amount. I don't know how many slots it has. (I'm reluctant to open the case until I have more information.)
I could find nothing on the HP site. When entered the SN it responded that it couldn't find a page for the specs. I poked around there for a good half hour without any luck, even trying the AI chat bot to no avail. I even did BIOS menus without finding the information I want.
Can anyone tell me how many slots are on the mobo and what type of RAM it takes? I have no experience with this form factor and know nothing about the mobos used.
