what graphics card can I put in my hp slimline desktop 260-a114 with my 90w psu

Do this:
I see it is a laptop motherboard.
If you want dedicated graphics get the EXP GDC BEAST: http://www.dx.com/p/pci-e-v9-5-exp-gdc-m-2-m-key-versio...

You need also a dedicated powersupply minimum should me 200W.

For the GT 710 you dont need a power adapter just plug it in the EXP GDC BEAST.
You need to connect the EXP GDC BEAST cable to your M.2 adapter.

Also you need to open up your rig.

Your motherboard doesn't have the necessary expansion slot to populate it with a discrete GPU.
