HP system fan failure

Hello, I have a HP pavilion elite m9543uk and have recased it. for 4 months, every time i turn it on there is a system fan error and i need to press F2 to skip it. This is because i haven't plugged my case fans into it. I looked in my BIOS and can't find how to disable this message.
I am unable to plug a fan into the header and need a workaround as i'm adding an ssd and need
the fastest + more convenient boot times as possible.

I can't as the fans are plugged into the psu. I need to somehow disable the fan check but cant find it in the bios
