Hp w1907 how to turn on

Hello,
I just brought home a used like-new HP w1907 LCD monitor. There is no power switch. It is cabled correctly to the computer and is plugged in to power.

How do I turn it on? It was working in the store when I bought it an hour ago. Now they are closed.

There are buttons in the front hit every button until it turns on. I'm going to guess it is the button on the far right.
