Hp wireless photosmart printer. Can I anyone recommend it?

I'm after a new printer, ideally a WiFi all in one printer. I saw this http://tinyurl.com/5s9qh99 or this http://tinyurl.com/5wj5cm8

Our current(Slowly dying) Canon IP4300 printer was very good. It did have its issues, and the ink wasn't the cheapest either. So I want to sway away from Canon if a can.

Are these kind of HP printers good? Reviews seem solid, but is the cost of ink going to be an issue later down the line?
