I have two HP Z systems. One is a Z800 and the other is a Z820.
On my 800 we took a weird lightning hit 1/2 mile away and instantly that machine doesn’t boot. The power on sequences doesn’t happen. The fans are screaming and it just sits in that state indefinitely.
The second Z820, has been working fine since then but now all of a sudden it shut down and now at reboot, it takes over 20 minutes to boot. I currently have not gotten to my Windows desktop. It does boot but it’s crazy slow. I need help troubleshooting this one. What the heck happened?
