HPC mode is it worth turning on?

Hi i was looking deep into my motherboard options and i found HPC mode (High Performance Computing Mode) and i was wondering will that give me any help when i'm playing some cpu games (Garry's Mod for example) not that i lag just to prevent some random spikes. Thanks in advance

Specs:
AMD FX 8350
Nvidia GTX 1080 (EVGA SC+)
Msi 970 gaming mobo (click bios 4 not sure of model)
16Gb Hyperx ram (Red)
Corsair AX1200 PSU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

In gmod it would gain you more stable fps in cpu tense places
