Hriders email account support nonexistant

I read an article on THG on some people offering 1 TB of space to use for email. The article lead me to Hriders.com where I created an account. I then tested the account for sending and receiving. However, neither are working. I sent in a query as to what the problem is, but haven't heard a word for over a week now. Has anyone else tried to use this service? Is it working?

This is far from the first time I've heard a story just like yours, involving this outfit. I was greatly surprised that Tom's would mention this bunch. All I can assume is that Hriders knew who they were dealing with and gave them star treatment.
