HTC One M7 Lollipop?

Hello,

Today HTC started rolling out the Lollipop update for the HTC One m7 on ATT. This morning, it began updating, and it finished, but when my device powered back on, it was still running kitkat. Nothing had changed. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

Sounds like the installation did not complete successfully and so to rolled back all changes it would have made during installation.
Should this be the case you should try search for the update again and give it another shot. Should work just fine second time around.
