Question HTC Vive can't connect to GPU with multiple monitors ?

Hi,
today I stumbled upon a strange Issue...
For the first time in ages i wanted to play some VR but my HTC Vive got Error 436 in Steam VR (cant connect to gpu)
I have three monitors hooked up to my 3090 and the vive, but when I unplug one of the monitors, then the vive works. How can this be?

There is a limit to how many display outputs you can connect to a GPU (also the resolution and refresh rates of the displays impacts this).

My guess is you are hitting the display output limit for your gpu (note that number of monitors supported varies by model of graphics card so different 3090 cards could support different numbers of display outputs).

Looking online, the typical specs state that you should be able to run 4 displays with a 3090 however as I say this might vary by specific card and manufacturer. The other displays attached might also impact this if your other monitors are very high resolution?

I am running two 4k 60hz monitors and one 4k 144hz monitor, so yeah that could be a problem. I am just confused because it worked a year ago, with the same monitors.
