[SOLVED] HTPC build help

Was planning to build a HTPC/homeserver ITX build but then life happened and I had to postpone it, now I can finally build it.
Main use would be for stuff like PLEX server, MC server, simple hosting, maybe as domain controller at some point. Nothing too extreme.

Budged is about 400€

• I need help with choosing a PSU
• The parts I've chosen before maybe not the best choice anymore?
• I have ASUS GTX 660 DirectCU II OC laying around which I plan to use as some extra juice for PLEX transcoding etc. so it has to fit
• Looks don't matter at all
• As quiet as possible

I would take 3400G instead, small case, and skip the dedicated card altogether...
