Hello,
I am getting an error message at bootup : Error loading WINDOWS\emizamilab.dll What is this and how can I fix?

Windows is trying to load software that it can not find. Usually happens when a program is deleted from the drive without using the uninstall routine.
You need to reinstall the program or delete what is trying to start the program.
first look in the program menu start up. if there delete (it looks like some type of lab program)
