[SOLVED] Huawei AI Cube 4g - - SIM card inserted and it works great as a router, but can't connect Alexa with the app ?

The top of the unit is in glowing yellow mode ready to pair but the current Huawei AI Life app does not give me the option. When I go into the router settings it gives a QR code to link to the Hilink app which controls the device - but that app is no longer available in this country. Any solution greatly appreciated.

Where was the Huawei AI Cube purchased?

What specific "Hilink" app is required?
