Question Huge FPS drop at low temp ?

I have asus tuf f15 2022, i7 12700h 3060
i have it for like 2 month now and the problem is when i installed windows i realized that when ever gpu temp reaches 80-82, frame rate drops from like 60 to 15 for few seconds and then come back to normal and this happens every few minutes, so i did a fresh windows install and bios update but no improvment, after some monitoring gpu temp and freq in gpu benchmark tools like furmark and heaven benchmark 4 i saw that this happens when ever my gpu goes over 115 watts (115 - 140 TBD)
anyone had same experience or thoughts on this?

Sounds like it's throttling because of heat.

today i tested windwos 10 on my other drive
the short story is: i installed windows and drivers and before installing armory crate i tested gpu using furmark and set resolution to 1080p, gpu temp get to 86 degrees and frame was about 131-133, gpu power drow was 140 w at peak and no throttling issue so i installed armory crate and set to turbo and got same results after that i check manual profile and saw cpu and gpu settings are missing so i installed fx507zm.acc from armory crate update page and tested with furmark again frames got to 141-143 in turbo mode and temps not getting over 86 like before and 140 w power drow but the issue came back and started throttling

Sorry, I overlooked the fact you're using a laptop...
Remove Armoury Crate if this makes the system stable again?
