huge fps drops in all games

I bought me a laptop just a week ago and I'm getting HUGE fps drops in all games. For example, when I'm playing CS:GO my FPS is around 150-200 but randomly within a second it drops to 0-5 fps and then in a few seconds it goes back up to 150-200 and then again and again and again. Can't find any solution.
My specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce MX330
Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics
Win 10 64x

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
playing plugin or battery?

plugin and when it drops the GPU usage goes up to 100% from 30-50% and the cpu is on 50% approximately
