So...i recently purchased a 3870 an a dual chanel kit from muschin ddr8500 (1066) as an upgrade for my AMD based platform and then I hit a brick wall. I have a x2 3800 (2.5Gh) and I'm searching for a mobo that is AMD+ and has an NVIDIA chipset but i didn't find any that would do.

Can someone advise me on what motherboard should i choose (I am planing for a 45nm Phenom next year) ?

Or if i went for a AMD chipset witch of those should I choose (i get confused about the RB 600 and 700)????????

nVidia is launching new chipsets for AMD CPUs at the end of April so expect new mobos from all the major players with them.

SO....I JUST GOT A K9A2 FROM MSI WITH A 790FX CHIPSET AND SB600 AND I'M PREATY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OVER MY LAST CONFIGURATION (I HAD A 690G CHIPSET). WHEN LOOKING AT THE N'VIDIA CHIPSETS SET TO APEAR SOON IT ONLY MADE SENCE TO ME UPGRADIN IF I HAD A NVIDIA VIDEOCARD.

1 MORE THING I WPULD LIKE UY TO HELP ME IS AN ADVISE FOR THE FUTURE CPU I'M GOING TO BUY.
WOULD IT MAKE SENCE TO W8 FOR 45 NM QUADCORE AND TRICORE GIVEN THE PERFORMANCE AND POWER CONSUMPTION OF TODAYS 65NM PARTS??
