Hi, i'm new humble user, registered via referal link. If I will buy humble monthly subscription ays a gift to someone, will the person who gave me a link earn 8$ referal reward? Or i need to buy it for myself?

Provided you follow the link, the referring person can earn $8 for any personal (non-gift) purchase made.

If a new subscriber signs up for a personal subscription (non-gift)

So if YOU subscribe monthly, for yourself, then yes.
If you subscribe as a gift for someone else, then no.
