The top edge of my Windown has a Bump slightly to the left of middle as in the below diagram

If you imagine the arrows are 1 big hump and as you can see it's off centre.

How can i fix this or what control?

Controlling the side pincushion is relatively easy, this is why all monitors have side pincushion, trapezoid controls. Top and bottom geometric distortion is another matter. Top and bottom distortion is a function of the deflection yoke design and how it is mated and aligned to the CRT during assembly. There is no simple way to adjust top and bottom geometric distortion. If it is bothering you I suggest you contact the manufacturer.
