HW-939 HUHD Headset Windows 10

Hello,
i have the HW-939 HUHD "Amazon link" headset and it do not work on windows 10. I always get usb code 43. The Headset works fine with window 7.

Maybe some of you have the same issue/headset and fixed the problem?

This is most likely due to driver compatibility issues. I would suggest visiting the manufacturer's page in search of an updated Windows 10 driver for that headset. If it does not exist, you'll have to wait for them to release one.

Thanks for your response. It's an "plug and play" headset and i cannot find any drivers even for windows 7
