So, I realized that Hardware Monitor is reporting values for cores 0 through 6, and threads 0 through 13, as per this screenshot.

Is it possible that my particular Ryzen 1600 chip has an extra core that was not disabled, or could this just be a bug in HW Monitor? Is there a way to find out?
