Question HWMonitor is not updating the GPU temp ?

Honestly I didn't know where to exactly post this here or under GPU but none the less if its supposed to be under GPU someone please move it there.

So as I mentioned in the title, HWMonitor doesn't seem to be updating my GPU temps at all, either during idle or during gaming. What's more mind blowing is the Nvidia overlay or whatever it is, if I activate it, it shows the GPU temp updating in real time with no issues at all.

I have no idea what to do exactly, I did reinstall HWMonitor but nothing changed.

I did just download it and it has a lot more info than HWMonitor yes, but I was still wondering why HWmonitor just stopped updating my GPU temps ?

Driver version? There is a known issue with the current driver, and some third party monitoring suites where the GPU temp does not update after system sleep. Note that this can affect user fan profiles in Afterburner etc.

I see, if you are talking about the Nvidia driver its already up to date with the latest one yeah.
But if you are asking about HWmonitor I have the latest version as well

So, it is the latest version of the NVIDIA driver that presents the issue. I do not believe there is a fix yet.
