What to do? I replaced my GPU from RTX 2070 Super to RTX 4070 and I have a 500 Watt PSU, I also replaced the Ram from 16gb to 32gb. It is a prebuild. The PC behaves fine.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Wattage alone, you've made a mistake. You should've looked into a reliably built 650W unit when you were dropping in the RTX 4070 into the prebuilt system. I say wattage alone since that PSU will not output the same amount of power when it did while it weas brand new, to add, you're advised to have a higher wattage PSU to drive an entire system with an RTX4070 in it.

To further add;
RTX 4070
which RTX 4070 are you working with?

I also replaced the Ram from 16gb to 32gb.
Got a link to the ram kit you're working with?

Did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, to manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command?

What does HWInfo show you? Are you on BIOS version 303 for your motherboard?
