Question HX432C16FB3/16 and KF432C16BB/16-SP compatibility ?

I bought from online marketplace a 2x16GB KINGSTON HyperX FURY DDR4 3200MHz RAM, but when it arrived and checked using CPU-Z its not the same RAM.
The RAM case is the same so I assume it has been swapped.
Should I just refund these RAMs or is it okay for me to use it?

Do I need to change a setting somewhere to make it compatible, or I can just attach it no problem ?

what profile or speed are they running now?
run some memory test.

I checked in task manager it says speed 3200MHz
Also in CPU-Z -> Memory it says the NB Frequency is around 1560 ish MHz.
I assume it is working properly?
