running G.Skill Ripjaw V with a hyper212 will not leave clearance for the sticks to go in, so you can either use dimms further away, or better yet just don't face the fan in that direction and you will be fine.
Hard to say, the ripjaws seem very high. It would probably fit. But if it doesn't, you can put the heatsink-fan at the back of the heatsink to pull air trough the heatsink.
