Hyper 212 EVO heat pipes very uneven, do I need to return?

Every heatsink / fan I've ever purchased had a flat mounting surface for the CPU, I'm pretty sure that the Hyper 212 EVO I ordered isn't supposed to look like this but can someone confirm that I need to return this?

yep send it back. direct contact heatpipes should be absolutely flat.

Worst alignment I've seen yet, looks like their quality control is seriously slipping, I concur with the above recommendations!
