Hyper 212 EVO in this case?

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my CPU fan from it's stock one to the Hyper 212 EVO.
It looks like a great fan, and I've seen many reviews with my CPU (FX-6300) saying it cools it tremendously.
My only concern, though, is whether or not it will fit in my case.
This is my build, and the case is a Thermaltake VM30001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case
The case is said to be 7.48" wide, and from some rough measurement (ruler), it looks like I should have about 6.5" free
The fan is stated to be 6.3", which appears like it will be fine, but what I'm worried about is the RAM clearence, and whether or not it will fit with the what appears to be a motherboard heatsink (though forgive me if I'm wrong, not sure what it is really) next to it.
Here are some pictures of it, as I'm not exactly sure how to measure whether or not it will clear those:

Does it seem like it should fit? Or, do I need to go with a smaller fan?

On paper, it should fit.

Also, in addition to that, RAM clearance looks like it won't be an issue. You've got low profile RAM.

get the cryorig h7 smaller more silent and cooles better, also way easier to install.

And oh, I've never heard of that cooler. Should I be able to push my FX-6300 to 4.2 or so GHz with it? (Just temp-wise)

yes, but i don't have much icing experience so i don't know about 4.3 to 4.4

Yes but the problem is more with the motherboard rather than the heatsink. Which motherboard is it? Most 760G/970A chipsets won't handle overclocks too well. 4+1 power phases most likely, It's weak.

Nah that's a good board, you can OC it to 4.3-4.4 Ghz with the Cryorig H7.
