Hyper 212 EVO vs Phanteks PH-TC14PE

I'm looking to overclock my FX-6300 to about 4.5GHz (Stock is 3.5GHz) [Possibly 5.0GHz if cooling is enough]

Will both fit? And which is better?

Case: CM Storm Enforcer
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3

I dont know the height of my RAM, I hear it's about 41mm high but Idk if that's with or without the heatspreader

I was considering it but for the price difference I figured the Evo is good enough. But here's the specs, can't wait till all my parts get here :3

Case: CM Storm Enforcer (200mm intake in front, 200mm exhaust on top, 120 mm exaust on back top)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-UD3-990FXA (gonna use it to crossfire)

CPU: AMD Fx-6300 3.5GHz (gonna O.C. to 4.5GHz)

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 1866MHz (may O.C. to 2000 or 2133)

GPU: AMD/ATI Radeon 7950 haven't decided the model I'm going to order though, maybe Saphire O.C.?

Cooler: CM Hyper 212 EVO

Boot/Game Drive: 120GB Kingston SSDNow V300 (SATA III solid state got for $70 on sale from $120 with one day promo)

Storage Drive: WD 1000GB Blue 7,200 RPM 64mb cache SATA III

PSU: Antec 900W Continous power

Phanteks PH-TC14PE is way better than a 212 EVO


FX8350 \ 5.1GHZ. \ 1.384 VOLTS

Phanteks PH-TC14PE with Scythe Slipstream 110 CFM fans attached.

The phantek is supposed to better than the 212 but the 212 is still an amazing cooler for the price and I love it, the fan it comes with is quiet as well. It will fit your case but I cant be 100% sure on your mobo
