Hi there.

I just installed Hyper 212 LED turbo and it looks like this.

Picture of my Cooler.

Is it normal for this big air cooler?

one more question, do you have any recommend on some low profile or smaller then this, that would handle I7-10700 just fine on full load game.
Cpu stock cooler from Intel just can't.

As an experienced builder, faced with mounting a hyper212, I found it difficult to get it on level.
The instructions were poor. I had to retry several times before getting it on level.
If your idle temperatures exceed 10-15c. over ambient,
give the mount another try.

I would not go to a top down low profile cooler.
They are less efficient and noisier.
You have the room for a tower type cooler with a 120mm fan.

Two such that I have used before are the scythe kotetsu and the noctua NH-U12.
The noctua coolers arguably have the simplest and best mounting system.
If the cooler is mounted correctly it should be straight...no sag.

Going to a smaller cooler will impact cooling or noise...there's no way around the size needed for good cooling...using a smaller surface area air cooler would require moving more air which means obnoxious fan noise.
