Hyper 212 X Compatibility with MSI Pro Gaming AC Z170

Hello guys, I have a little problem. I'm building a gaming Mini-ITX PC, so I bought the MSI Pro Gaming AC Z170 motherboard an CoolerMaster Hyper 212 X for my i5 6600k. The problem is : when I'm installing the Hyper 212 X-es backplate with screws the some microcontrollers will be under the backplate, and they will be damaged. So my question is : Is there any solution to this?

The solution would be to place some disk to create a clearance between the MB and backplate on the corner you have issue with.

Like what kind of disk ? (I don't really understand what you mean)

That's fine, I was thinking the same, I posted the thread in case someone has a better solution

The better solution would be other backplate or modifying the existing backplate.
1 is improbable, second is too messy for a part that sits hidden.
Lets hope you have enough clearance between the MB and the case

I tried it out, but the screws are too short so if I use the washers the nuts that are meant to lock the screws are not locking it correctly. And because the Hyper 212 X is heavy the mobo might break.

Head to the home depot (or whatever HW store) to find longer screws (hint, you can cut the too long screw). take the nut with you to find a matching screw.
Did something similar not long ago. went to the stores looking for a screw to match the back plate of my cpu water block.
The + on the original was destroyed after many years of use.

I just figured out a better solution, I will cut one corner of the backplate and then use 1 washer instead of 2.
